Alpine Ridge is a Rural Development (RD) property. Through the RD program, Alpine Ridge provides homes for individuals and households earning up to the moderate income levels established each year. For example, a household of 2 people cannot earn more than $75,500 combined, annually. There are additional income requirements laid out in our Tenant Selection Plan.
